Founder

Allan is a respected leader in the
area of Men's and Adolescent Males
Development. He is a qualified
Cultural Psychologist, a Lifeline
Telephone Counsellor & an
accredited facilitator of the Savannah
Family Institute's program "Parenting
with Love & Limits".
He
is contracted by Juvenile Justice as a
mentor & is a facilitator of the
Pathways to Manhood programs. Other
initiatives include Career Coaching, &
the Conversations with Men program.
Frances Amaroux (BA
Psych, NLP, Dip Somatic Therapy)
She
has spent over 12 years facilitating
programs in the areas of Communication &
Relating Skills, Accelerated Learning &
even the Art of Flirting! Clients
of her company, Turning
Point Communications,
have included everyone from IBM management,
single mums, male prison inmates &
business advisors. Frances
has a successful private Counselling &
Coaching practice in Balmain, Sydney.
